Yes! Every new account gets 20 free credits — enough for 2 full itinerary generations. All features are unlocked for every user (save, share, collaborate, calendar export, print, map, notes). Credits are only used for AI-powered actions: generating itineraries, regenerating time blocks, and swapping venues.
Credits are prepaid and used for AI-powered actions. A full itinerary generation costs 10 credits, regenerating a time block costs 3 credits, and swapping a single venue costs 1 credit. You can buy credit packages starting at $5 for 50 credits. Unused credits never expire.
Our AI generates itineraries based on real venue data. Every venue is verified through Google Places API for accurate addresses, ratings, and locations. However, business hours, pricing, and availability may change — we recommend confirming details before your visit.
No! Maragogo uses prepaid credits, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals. Buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.
You can purchase more credits anytime from the Credits page or the pricing section. You can still access all your saved itineraries, shared links, and collaboration features — credits are only needed for new AI-powered generations.
Refund requests can be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
Each itinerary generation uses premium AI and mapping APIs (Google Gemini, Google Places, Google Maps) which have real costs. Our credit pricing is designed to transparently cover these API costs while keeping the service affordable — you only pay for what you use.
Yes! All users can generate a public share link for any saved itinerary. You can also share directly via SMS, WhatsApp, Gmail, Facebook, or X. Sharing is completely free.
Maragogo works best for destinations with good Google Places coverage, which includes most cities and towns worldwide. Remote or rural areas may have fewer verified venues available.
